Woman Commits Suicide In Butere Kakamega County

A woman committed suicide in Butere, Kakamega County, and the issue is being looked into.

According to reports, the deceased Marleen Auma, a mother of two, and her 33-year-old husband, Hesbon Mukunyi, were involved in a domestic quarrel.

“The late Auma accused her husband of having extra-marital affairs. The two would argue a lot over the matter,” Peter Okusimba, a relative, said.

The body of the deceased has been moved to a nearby mortuary even as investigations get underway.
