The billboard features a caricature of a top Kenya Kwanza politician carrying Sh200 million in a sack along with many Kenya Kwanza slogans, including “Enough is enough” and “Freedom is coming.”

The billboard was set up on the major Thika Superhighway in apparent celebration of a recent court decision that allowed the state to recoup Sh202 million from Kenya Kwanza deputy presidential candidate Rigathi Gachagua.

The billboard features a caricature carrying away Sh200 million in a sack while sporting the party’s trademark yellow and black colors.

The billboard also depicts a judge’s gavel with the words “Enough is enough” on it, which is positioned such that it looks to be falling heavily on the caricature carrying millions away.

The slogan “enough is enough” gained popularity among Kenya Kwanza backers soon after the presidential debate when Ruto responded to a question from Eric Latiff on how much was enough in relation to his spending binge.

The billboard prominently displays the phrase “Sh200 million retrieved” in apparent reference to the court decision.

Who spent hundreds of thousands to have the billboard placed strategically along the major road is still unknown.

Netizens shared their opinions, with some praising the action as the ideal response to anyone who may be considering stealing public monies.

Others made an effort to suggest the faces who could pull off such a maneuver, while some tried to identify suitable candidates for such a billboard.
