Saumu Mbuvi Opens Up On Planning To Undergo Surgery To Cut Off Her Weight
The daughter of former Nairobi Governor Mike Sonko, Saumu Mbuvi, has suggested that she may have surgery to reduce her weight.
In a Q&A on her Instagram stories, Saumu admitted that she hoped she could go back to a smaller physique, but that doing so would now necessitate undergoing cosmetic surgery.
“Hey beautiful what’s your current weight,” a follower asked.
Saumu responded: “Of late I don’t know but I’m really considering doing a gastric bypass soon. I miss being tiny or should I wait for the new body I will be given in heaven.”
A gastric bypass is a type of weight-loss surgery that involves creating a small pouch from the stomach and connecting the newly created pouch directly to the small intestine.
Following a gastric bypass, the majority of your stomach and the first part of your small intestine are bypassed as the food you swallow goes through this tiny pouch of stomach and then straight into the small intestine.
