Maseno School Student Dies In School

A form three pupil at Kisumu’s Maseno School reportedly died after falling from their dormitory’s second floor at around 4AM on Friday.

The student passed away while receiving care at the Aga Khan Hospital in Kisumu, according to a police investigation.

Another student in form three reported that as he was getting ready to wake up on Friday morning at around 4AM, he heard a tremendous thud next to his bed’s window in the school dormitory, which is near to something that had fallen from the ceiling to the ground.

The student claims that when he rushed to the scene, he saw his friend had fallen from the second floor of their dormitory at school. He then made a plea to other pupils for assistance in trying to save their classmate.

The dead was transported from a neighboring hospital where he was treated for major head injuries to the Aga Khan Hospital in Kisumu, where he died while receiving care.

The youngster apparently had some issues with his parents as a result of his subpar performance, according to a suicide note found in his desk and addressed to a close friend and classmate.
