Kalonzo Faces Rude Crowd At His Home County.
The jeering crowd drowned out Kalonzo Musyoka’s speech in protest of his efforts to campaign for area Member of Parliament and Jubilee Party candidate Racheal Kaki Nyamai.
In his home county, Kalonzo endured an embarrassing moment when the crowd openly jeered him for refusing to be addressed by Nyamai.
The hostile audience refused to let Kalonzo speak, heckling and jeering as he looked at the microphone in disbelief.
Kalonzo pleaded with the crowd to calm down, but the crowd refused to be addressed by anyone other than Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) MP candidate Onesmus Mumo King.

The trouble began when Kalonzo defended Nyamai in a dispute over compensation for people whose land was taken during the construction of the Kibwezi – Kitui highway.
The crowd turned against him, accusing him of siding with the oppressor and claiming that Kalonzo and Nyamai did not have their best interests at heart.
The Wiper leader is fighting King in the region, and he has threatened to have the young ODM MP candidate disqualified from the elections by the Independent Elections and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) for allegedly disrespecting him.
“King, even if you are in Azimio, we are going to disqualify you. Control your supporters,” kazolozo who was seen angry warned the youth aspirant
King addressed the crowd, calming his supporters and allowing the Wiper leader to speak.
Nyamai claimed that King and Wiper parliamentary candidate Daniel Mutua Ndambuki had banded together against her in an attempt to derail her efforts to retain the seat she has held for the past ten years.
Because of the stiff competition from Ndambuki and King, the MP has had a difficult time campaigning in the region.
