- Log in to your e-Citizen account or the e-Citizen website.
- Go to immigration department services.
- Click on the passport application form.
- Carefully read and understand all the instructions then fill in the application form provided.
- You then select the mode of payment you would like to use in paying for the passport fee.
- Then, download and print the application form and three application receipts.
- You will then submit the printed application forms in person to immigration offices in either Nairobi (Nyayo house), Mombasa, or Kisumu.
During submission of the printed forms at the immigration offices, you will be asked to provide the following documents:
- Original National ID and a copy of the ID card.
- Original Birth Certificate and a copy of the Birth Certificate.
