Free Phonecalls And Internet To Every Citizen; Ruto Promises Kenyans Once Elected President
The vice president claimed that Ksh38 billion will be needed to ensure that every family has free internet when introducing the Hustler Fund in Kiambu on Wednesday, 29.
He said that the internet program will follow in the footsteps of the Jubilee government’s Last Mile Connectivity Program, which was created with the goal of bringing electricity to every area of the nation by the year 2022.
We will send to every home, market, and school connected with electrical grids. The team has done the math and the project will cost at least Ksh38 billion,” Ruto stated.
The second-in-command claims that the scheme will assist Kenyans in conducting their business without having to stop due to a lack of bundles or airtime. The young people will be able to operate their companies online, he vowed.
The Hustlers’ Fund was praised by the vice president, who said that it will help enterprises grow and improve the lives of Kenyans overall, especially those at the bottom of the economic ladder.
“The Hustlers Fund will be dedicated to business persons, SMEs and everyone who wishes to launch a startup. The internet connectivity will enable every hustler to move forward in their day-to-day business,” Ruto reiterated.
William Ruto promised young people free internet as he ran for office again in 2017. The DP declared the free internet initiative will assist the kids in finding employment on their own in an effort to reduce youth unemployment.
In addition, WilliAam Ruto is enticing Nairobi people to support him by promising to address the ongoing water supply crisis.
‘We will stop borrowing and start inviting friends to invest in the country’, Ruto said after being cleared by the IEBC.
If H.E. Uhuru Kenyatta wins, Ruto would work to eradicate the nation’s borrowing culture and improve the country’s economic standing.
The Kenya Kwanza Team pledged a Ksh50 billion money during the women’s summit on June 10th to honor women in business. Women will automatically be eligible for assistance, according to Ruto.
The opportunity to rent a property for as little as Ksh5,000 has been guaranteed to young people.
‘’We will partner with home developers so that they construct houses which are cost-friendly for the youth. That way the tenant who pays rent between Ksh5,000 and Ksh10,000, the money will be converted to a mortgage”
After about 10 to 15 years, the house will be under your name because we want to have a programme where the youth can own homes across the country,” Ruto explained.
