Diamond Kiss Publicly With Zuchu After Them Denying Dating
Following their public kissing on video, Tanzanian artist Diamond Platnumz and his signee Zuchu have fuelled new relationship rumors.
Diamond is seen in the video passing Zuchu what appears to be a chocolate treat from his mouth.
The two have consistently denied having a romantic connection. The two songs Zuchu performed during her listening party in late June, Jaro and Fire, as well as the accompanying videos, have caused controversy.
Many are puzzled by the Sukari hitmaker’s capture of her dancing and suggestively grinding on her boss.
A portion of their admirers have been pleading with the two to come out of the closet as their relationship status has continued to draw attention.
Chibu Dangote, on the other hand, has consistently stated that his relationship with Zuchu is still that of a boss and an employee.
Following a sensual performance of their collaboration song, “Mtasubiri,” in May, the two sparked a debate on social media.
Zuchu joined Platnumz on stage while he was performing in Mwanza at the Cask and Grill as part of his ongoing FOA EP (First of All EP).
Fans couldn’t contain their excitement when the Sukari hitmaker kissed her boss in the Mtasubiri song video. Later, the Tanzania Communication Regulatory Authority forbade the music video from being shown on TV throughout the entire country of Tanzania (TCRA).
In the contentious music video, Zuchu is seen eloping from the church where she sings in the choir after getting a call from Diamond.
The TRCA explained to the WCB president that the entrance sequence has generated a lot of pain among Christians, who feel disrespected, and that it is this 26-second scene that acted as the video’s introduction.
