Diamond Platinumz’s Perfomance At The Azimio La Umoja Mega Rally In Kasarani
Award-winning Tanzanian performer Diamond Platnumz electrified the Azimio rally crowd on Saturday, bringing Kasarani Stadium to a complete standstill.
Fans cheered along as Diamond performed his well-known song Baba Lao, keeping them on their feet.
The WCB president entertained the Azimio supporters for three minutes as Raila Odinga, a candidate for the Azimio presidential nomination, joined him on stage. His dancers sang his other popular songs, Amaboko and Waah.
The dancers for the Bongo star donned white T-shirts, and the Bongo star himself graced the stage in trousers and a white vest.
The Jeje hitmaker had just returned from South Africa where he celebrated his daughter Latifah Dangote’s 7th birthday before boarding a flight to Kenya with his daughter.
In accordance with his fees, Diamond Platnumz reportedly received more than Sh5 million for the three-minute performance at Kasarani.
For the birthday celebration of his daughter Princess Tiffah, the singer is planning to fly back to South Africa.
The Bongo artist hinted that he will be performing in Nairobi on his social media profile, but he didn’t share much details about his eagerly anticipated appearance.
