Canadian Based Kenyan Lady Dies By Drowning While On Facebook Live
Ten minutes after streaming live on Facebook, Hellen Wendy, a Kenyan nurse who worked and resided in Canada, apparently drowned while swimming in a private home pool.
In the first ten minutes of her Facebook live, Hellen was seen swimming joyously while taking brief intervals to interact with her viewers.
Approximately 10 minutes and 20 seconds into the live stream, Hellen is seen straining to remain afloat while moving away from the phone’s camera and screaming intermittently before everything abruptly becomes silent.
A silent pool was captured over the duration of the 3 hours, 14 seconds long Facebook live. Before the three-hour live video abruptly came to a stop, a white male is seen going around the pool and approaching the phone that was still live on Facebook.
