Booking Appointment To Get Police Clearance Certificate Not Necessary; DCI Says
Kenyans will no longer be required to schedule a fingerprinting appointment when seeking for a police clearance certificate (officially known as a certificate of good conduct), according to the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI).
The DCI said in a statement on Tuesday that citizens seeking the certificate would merely need to show the necessary paperwork at any center in their area, following which fingerprints would be taken as the process began.
