Betty Kyallo, a former media figure who is now a businesswoman, is building a new company in Karen called Summer House Nairobi.
The contemporary business, which is close to a flight path, plans to serve affluent customers.
It features multiple luxurious decks with Spanish names that each have separate reservation requirements.
Additionally, the building features a well-kept lawn that might accommodate small-scale outside gatherings.
