‘A Thousand Times YES!’ Ivy Namu Said Yes To Willis Raburu At Their Son’s First Birthday Party
Willis Raburu of Citizen TV and Ivy Namu, also known online as “Bazu” and “Mazu,” respectively have gotten engaged.
The couple got engaged on Sunday while celebrating their son’s first birthday. They are also expecting their second child together.
In order to make the engagement special, Raburu went above and above, even getting Nvirii from Sol Generation to serenade his wife before the big moment.
Nvrii entered the party with a microphone in hand and started singing a ballad as Raburu got down on one knee and proposed to her as they posed for pictures.
Ben Soul, a member of the band Sol Generation, entered the room and gave the bride-to-be the reddest bouquet of roses you’ve ever seen.
“You’re my love, my everything,” Raburu said, before sliding the engagement ring on Namu’s finger as the audience cheered.
Ivy Showing Off Her Ring
“A thousand times yes, in this lifetime and the next,” Namu captioned a photo in which she showed off her shiny ring.
This is willis’ second proposal after marriage with his first wife ended years back.
Fans and other Kenyan celebrities pored congratulatory messages on their timelines wishing them all the best.
Congratulations Willis and Ivy.
